Online Invoice

I have received at least 30 emails saying that 'Unpaid invoice summaries will be sent soon'. Usually I only received 1 email in the end of each month. Could someone please advise how to 'stop' this... 

  • Hi AmyWong and all experiencing this. We have raised this with our incident management team today and are investigating it now. Sorry for the disruption and inconvenience caused.

    Hello, we are also experiencing this - we were spammed all day and night by MYOB. Reported it to Support yesterday and still awaiting a response. I really hope this doesn't happen to our clients as well. Mike_MYOB can someone report back here please when it is fixed. Thank so much.

  • I am up to 49 emails and have just made a complaint to MYOB, waiting for a response.
