Online payments not working

My client has been trying to pay an invoice online payments 'Pay Now' button not working and getting an error message - They are unable to process the payment.  HELP

 

Well, this is awkward. Looks like something went wrong!

    Thank you so much for your post and welcome to Community Forum!  

     

    I am sorry to hear that you were having issues in processing online payments. I just want to thank you for the detailed information. I really appreciate your patience and understanding about this issue, and I do apologize for the delayed response. 

     

    This type of error occurs if there is: 

         - Invalid character in the invoice number. 

         - Missing Country on the linked customer card. 

     

    To fix this, Remove invalid characters from the invoice number. Should be numeric only and Ensure customer card has a country set.
