I am sorry to hear that you were having issues in processing online payments. I just want to thank you for the detailed information. I really appreciate your patience and understanding about this issue, and I do apologize for the delayed response.
This type of error occurs if there is:
- Invalid character in the invoice number.
- Missing Country on the linked customer card.
To fix this, Remove invalid characters from the invoice number. Should be numeric only and Ensure customer card has a country set.
