Perpetual licence and Subscription

Can some one help me with how much does it cost to pay for a perpetual licence? and how much for the subscription base for one year?

hi Earl,

I really need assistances to recover my Administrator Password which is forgotten.

I wanted to upgrade but it requires Administrator password. Pleas3 help me.
