If MOCA still isn't routing you to the live chat team, you can create a support ticket from the My Account window. You'll get a response via email.

The current MYOB team probably don't quite understand what you are after. You need a password reset and you need to give them your file to do this as you are offline with the v19 Desktop version. If you need it done quickly, then contact FGH Tables and they can do it for $40.
