Previous invoices not working

Hi,

 

I have tried looking at my previous invoices so I can make payment adjustments.

 

A sign comes out to try again or contact Myob support if it continues.

 

Any suggestions??

  • Hi, everything else works. I can see my invoices on my phone app but not on PC.

    Can you please attach a screenshot of the error and we'll investigate this further?

        Hi nolimit 

         

        his can happen if the linked accounts for either tracking receivables or tracking payables are missing. 

         

        Please check and ensure that there is both a linked receivables and linked payables account in the file: 

         

        To check the linked receivables account

        1. Choose Manage Linked Accounts from the Accounting menu
        2. Click Sales
        3. Check the Asset account for tracking receivables has an account selected
        4. If this field is empty this would generally be the Trade Debtors account, however you should seek the advice of your accountant over which account to select.
