Printing and Emailing Invoices

we have our invoices set to : Printing and Emailing, for our invoice delivery.

It prints the invoice but it does not email.

    Hi Jacmus,

     

    Since your invoices are set to both Printing and Emailing, but they aren't being emailed, try checking the email settings and troubleshooting steps using this guide: Email troubleshooting.

     

    If it's still not working, reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount so they can take a closer look and help you fix it.
