Cant print receipts

Hi I  cant print receipts.   Could you also run whatever script over my file too please.  Last four digits of my serial number is 3904  User ID Michelle Berndt

I wasn't able to find a serial number linked to your user that ends with the numbers you mentioned. 

Can you please send me a Private Message containing the Business name and full serial number? I will then be able to investigate this further for you.
