Recurring Sale Invoices not saving

Hi

I'm using AccountRight Standard 2025.11.1.9 [Desktop] and found that creating new sale invoices via Use Recurring are not being saved by MYOB and do not show in the Sales Register after being recorded.  This has only started happening since today. Is this a global issue or a glitch in my data file?

    At this stage, we haven't received any reports of this being a widespread issue. In most cases, this sort of thing comes down to filters in the Sales Register. It's worth heading into Sales > Sales Register and checking that Search by is set to All Customers, and that the date range covers the invoice date you used. Often the invoice is there but just hidden by the filters. If everything looks fine there, you can also try clearing the AccountRight cache, as this can help fix display or refresh issues.

     

    If it's still happening after that, the best next step is to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so the team can take a closer look with you.

    Hey Abbie_Chen53,

     

    Since the reinstall didn’t clear things up, you’re welcome to pop the invoice in manually without using the recurring setup. If the invoice still refuses to save after testing it that way, feel free to reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account. They'll take a closer look to figure out what's going on.

  • Thank you for your update. I have tried to reinstall MYOB however the issue still unresolved.

    Just got off the phone with MYOB.  I had to uninstall MYOB and then download it again, using Google Chrome as this browser is more MYOB friendly, from their support downloads page. 

     

    BEFORE you uninstall MYOB please make sure you have a backup of your data file as you will need to restore the backed up data file.

    Hi Isaiah_C​ , CCI​ , NolaStanley​ ,

     

    Recurring sales, recurring spend money and new sales are all not recording.

     

    Please get this resolved now as I have a client to see shortly where i will need to be recording over 50 sales invoices and when they don't record I don't think myself or my client should be out of pocket for my time due to a MYOB error.

    I have lodged a case with MYOB as none of Sai suggestions has worked for me. I think my data file has a gremlin.

    I am having the same issue with purchases not being recorded. (Using same version as you). Maybe there is a glitch as you say. Please post again if you find a solution - thanks. Would be nice to be able to speak to someone from MYOB about this!
