Report time out

Hi,

We have problem with our MYOB from last week. 
We are using MYOB online, but it took long long time to emailing out invoices, statements and remittances. Also, Running report always time out. 
Are there any same problems do you have?

    There haven’t been any reports about emails going walkabout with invoices, statements or remittances. If it’s dragging its feet, switch up your device or giving your internet a quick check to rule out any local dramas. For reports timing out, a handy tip is to cut down the date range. That helps speed things up. If it’s still throwing timeout message, here's a workaround that's worth a look. And if it keeps being stubborn, you can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
