All my employees cards show up as Salesperson choices when creating a quote/order/invoice in AccountRight. However only a fraction are actually Salespersons. Can I limit/define which of my employees are visible in the drop down list as Salesperson?

That dropdown pulls in all employee cards. There’s no way to limit it to just sales yet. Easiest workaround is to mark non‑sales staff as inactive so they don’t show, or just type to filter the right name. If you think this feature will be useful for your business in the future, I would suggest to post this to our ideas board for consideration so that others can vote for it.
