Sending Invoice from Outlook to MYOB in tray

We have started experiencing issues with sending invoices from outlook to MYOB.  To date we have simply forwarded emails containing a PDF onto our in tray.  Recently when we do this although the emails are recorded as sent in Outlook they are not landing in the in-tray.  It also seems to be very random, some emails will land successfully and others wont.  

We know that the files need to be in a particular format, so thats not the problem.  At this stage the only way I can get around this is to save the PDF into a file then attach it to a new email and then it will land in the in-tray.

Is anyone else experience these issues and have you been successful in resolving the issue.

  • We also are experiencing these same issues.

     

    We have contacted our IT Support who have confirmed that emails are leaving our server and are being received by MYOB, so the that would suggest an issue at MYOB's end.

     

    I feel the issue started post the AWS outage.

     

    MYOB, do you have a solution?
