Something's Gone Wrong - AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN

I Keep getting the Something's Gone Wrong message. The check for a solution does not help. Shutting it down does not help.

Why does this keep happening.

5 times in the last 5 minutes.

A bit fed up with this program.
