Sorry, email delivery was unsuccessful.

I have been sending invoices to this particular customer without any issues for many years. Today, when I sent the invoice, I received an email from myob stating that sorry, email delivery was unsuccessful.

I have checked a few posts, but all of them relates to the domain being blacklisted by myob.

    Hey ssrtech,

     

    We'll check the email address of the recipient you're trying to send an invoice to on our end to see if it's blacklisted. If it is, we can remove it. I'll send you a private message so you can provide the affected email address.
