Tax Invoices won't print or email

Hi, Anyone having issues with MYOB AccountRight not printing or emailing invoices? There was a Windows 11 update last night. Coincidence or not, this morning we can't print or email anything that is an Invoice - nothing happens. We can print packing slips etc, just not a Tax, Proforma Invoice. When we email through Outlook (as we always do, the email comes but with no invoice attached)

 

Issue is on all PC's and with all printers. As mentioned, can't print or email anything resembling an invoice or proforma. 

 

Any ideas?

    Hi, I also am unable to print or save invoices to disk.  This morning Myob was not letting me open files unless I updated to new 2026.6.

    I have been having the same issue. MYOB has had so many glitches in the last few years

    Also experiencing issues with in tray, slow, says not attached but is there after a few minutes.

    Sorry but glad it isn't just us. Here's hoping somebody has a solution. For anyone from MYOB reading this, I see the Win 11 update yesterday said this:

    "KB5121003 introduces a newized configuration for printer driver selection, legacy communication might be blocked."
