Hi Doreen,
I don't think this is being addressed with the urgency it deserves.
I unticked the online invoice payments tab last week. I just sent more invoices today and the Pay Now tab has re-appeared in the emails. I've just unticked the online invoice payments again but the term "active" still appears. There is such a small amount of info on that screen that I'm not even sure if it has anything to do with my MYOB setup.
This needs to be escalated to someone who has the ability to take responsibility and fix the issue. Can this be done?
