Hi Eliane,
Thank you for reaching out and detailing the issue you're facing with recording the bill. I’ve applied a fix to your file, which should enable you to convert the purchase order to a bill now. Please make sure to clear the Account Right cache before logging in again to ensure the fix takes effect.
If you still encounter issues with the system crashing, try recording an Adjust Inventory transaction to increase the on-hand quantity of the items to more than 1.
