Turning online payments off

I have gone through all the support notes for turning online payments off.

I then tested it by sending an invoice to myself and all the online options are still appearing on invoices being sent and when i selected the option to pay, it took me straight to the payment section

We do no not want online payments, I have deselected BUT its still giving clients access - how can we get this off our invoices?
