Unable to edit a purchase invoice

Hi, We've just noticed that we cannot edit a purchase invoice once it has been entered in. Something we've been able to do in the past unless its in a locked period ( the invoices aren't) anyone else experiencing this? Thank you

    Hi Krystal1,

     

    There are a couple of possible reasons why you can't edit transactions. To find out what the cause of it I suggest checking if the "Transaction can't be changed" option is unticked. See this link for the detailed steps. And if you’re using an online file check if the issue persists in the web browser version of MYOB. If these workarounds don't resolve the issue, it's best to reach out to our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
