Unable to make changes
Hi Why can we no longer make changes to Invoices? When we try, we get taken to the "Item number" etc. This is very frustrating as we need to change invoices and send these out.

No error message just unable to change Invoice amounts/name/address etc. anything. If we go in to change the Invoice amount, it takes you to the "Item Details" no matter where you click on the Invoice to change, this is where you are directed. Our Bookkeeper has not changed permissions and she cannot change anything either.

Can you please confirm if you're using AccountRight or the file in the AccountRight browser ? Can you also provide a screenshot of the invoice you're trying to change.

We have Accountright online, we are not viewing in a browser.

Thanks for the screenshot. Do you usually only have access to the sales, inventory and card file tab ? Can you please go to setup > Preferences > Security tab > Is there a lock period entered in this window ?

I don’t have access to Preferences so I cannot advise and yes we usually only have access to the below, but we have always been able to change amounts etc on our Invoices.
