Hi,
We are having the same issue as all the other users. We have several stores, and each file is lock the period after the end of each month. This is to make sure no one can amend or alter or process a transaction in a previous month. As I am the Administrator and the only one who can lock and unlock a Myob file to enable an employee at a store to be able to print an invoice! This needs to be fixed urgently.
