I increased the limit and processed in very small chunks as advised. This was time consuming but worked for a time, however now I am having the same error message come up again for remaining payments.

We have a high payment limit, but it is still coming up with this error.

I have the same problem, and I did what you suggested by changing the Super limit, but it didn't solve the problem!

Hi Rosie__10,
Thanks for posting your super processing issue. You’re running into the same Pay Super issue we’re seeing at the moment; there’s an ongoing problem with some super payments not processing.
For now, the workaround is to either process the Pay Super in smaller batches and/or increase your Pay Super limit, then try again. This usually fixes the issue. You can read through the article "Changing Your Pay Super Payment Details" if you need help in the process of increasing the limit.
