ABA File Westpac

Hello, I'm new to electronic bank files, bank feeds etc and Westpac is our bank. I have setup our details in MYOB Accountright, I get the ABA file saved on my computer but then when I'm online in Wes...

    Hi Summer1, 

     

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! The electronic payment files in AccountRight are prepared using the Australian Bankers’ Association (ABA) file format, if you're unable to upload this to your bank I would recommend waiting to here back from Westpac on their recommendations on how to upload the file.

Thank you Melisa, I heard back from Westpac and all it was, was the "pay multiple" wasn't ticked in our internet banking. Once that was ticked then I pressed import new file, in the dropdown box the ABA appeared and it all went through smoothly.
