Accountright Application Error - System.ArgumentException

I currently have MYOB 6 files I use.

I have one file that is coming up with an error as above - this file I mainly use at home on laptop - the file has been upgraded however I am not able to upgrade to windows 11 on this computer - just a bit of background.

I cannot use this file to it's full potention on my other computer - cannot process wages, payments etc.

Please help

    • Serial number
    • Business name
    • Company File ID (Help>>About MYOB AccountRight)

      I am unable to private message - when I click on name - send message it then takes me to private message titled screen with MYOB details below?
