Thanks for your post.
If the new employee is not showing up when trying to create a Roster, kindly make sure that the new employee is already added in the Employees tab. Also, make sure that they are already added to the location where you will be creating a Roster. When you click Create Roster, you will be asked for the Location. To check if the new employee is already added to the Location, kindly go to the Locations tab > Click the Location name > Check if the new employee is already added.

Thank you for your enquiry. Items in a P&L statement appear in numerical order. To ensure that income appears before direct cost items, we go to manage accounts>amend the income items to numbers before the direct costs.Please let us know if you have any questions.

The clients codes in MYOB are correct.

Hello Sammi,
Thank you for your enquiry. By clicking on the workpapers/trial balance tab, you will see "manage accounts" on your left under tasks. Other option is to click into one of the workpaper periods and and there will be "manage accounts" on your left. If this does not work, then please go to the reports tab, click "non transaction data" on your left and select income statement options. Please tick the box "display other income before expense."Please let us know if you have any questions.
