Fair question, some errors are easy enough to sort out with a few quick steps, but this one looks like it needs our team to jump in, especially if you’ve got multiple files linked to your account.
The EmployeePayrollDetails_StandardPayListOutOfSync error can sometimes need a few checks and fixes behind the scenes on the affected file, so the best next step is to get in touch with our team directly. You can do that either by phone or through live chat in our virtual assistant, MOCA, and they’ll help get things back on track from there.

My last request to the MYOB team (for a different issue) has remained unanswered since the 1st of June.... Case #03118507 if you have any access to that! Doesn't fill me with much confidence!
