Forum Discussion
Hi
Just a suggestion
The payadvice says annual leave
your linked account says annual leave pay
Could this be the issue ?
Lisa
Hi Lisa, thanks for the suggestion. I looked at this initially but it is the same with the other employees, most of whom do not, or at least have not shown a problem. Again looking at historical records I can not pin point any difference in set up.
Regards.

Hi Dotay
Can you send a screenshot of the actual pay transaction for one of those payslips? In Transaction Journal click on the zoom arrow to open the transaction:
Make sure sensitive information is removed from screenshots prior to posting on the Forum.

Hi Dotay
Thanks for that screenshot. The annual leave payroll category name will be exactly the same in the wages payroll category, entitlement Linked Wages Category field and pay transaction:
Looking at your screenshots the Linked Wages Category is Annual Leave Pay while the pay transaction is Annual leave. This indicates that you have two annual leave wage categories. If this is the case, both wage categories need to be selected in the Linked Wages Category field.
Please let me know how you go.
