Thanks for the screenshots and sorry this has hit a snag during your pilot testing. You’re right to expect the approved leave to flow through. MYOB’s Team admin portal guide confirms that approving a leave request should create a timesheet entry in your MYOB software, ready for payroll.
Here are a few checks in AccountRight:
- Company file and timesheets: Make sure you’re opening the same online company file linked to MYOB Team and using the latest AccountRight version. Under Setup > Preferences > System, confirm I Use Timesheets for is enabled and set to Payroll for your mobile clock-on/clock-off setup.
- Personal leave setup: Under Payroll > Payroll Categories, confirm the employee is assigned both the Personal Leave Pay wage category and the appropriate personal leave entitlement category. The entitlement should be linked to the wage category used to pay the leave. See Setting up sick or personal leave.
