Are Leave Entitlements paid on Overtime
Please confirm whether leave entitlements are paid on overtime worked and whether it is compulsory if our company paid lump sum bonuses biannually?

The entitlements question regarding overtime is quite niche. In general, leave usually only accrues on ordinary hours (not overtime), and bonuses don’t normally create extra leave unless it’s specifically spelled out in your award, EA, or contract. Since it can get a bit technical, I recommend checking this with your accountant or advisor to ensure everything’s compliant.
