Hi Cel
The Employment Basis wasn't the issue here.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum.
I understand waiting long hours on chat or on the phone would be frustrating. And please accept our apologies for not replying to your post right away.
In this regard, If an employee's Employment Basis is set to Other they won't be reported in STP. You need to change their employment basis to individual or Labour HIre. Then process a $0 pay with payment date as 30 of June for that employee to report them in STP. And the need to send the report for the $0 pay to the ATO and wait for it to be accepted.
And we do recommend that if you are using STP and unsure of what ATO reporting categories should be assigned to each payroll category, we would recommend to consulting an account advisor.
I hope this helps. If you need further assistance, feel free to post again. We're happy to assist you.

Hi JMH
Thank you so much for getting back to us.
As for my response to your yesterday's post. It seems there is something wrong if the YTD report is correct and the payment summary is incorrect , This is the reason why I ask you to check on the payroll activity and the payroll summary and run a $0 pay, both two reports needs to be correct to be able to match the YTD report.
You can send me a screenshot of your Activity Report, Register Report, individual payment summary report and your YTD report by a Private Message. So I can further investigate on this.
I will wait for your response.
Thanks,
Cel
