Bank Rec Timing Difference

Hi All,   i hope somecone can help me with this. I paid Super in MYOB on 17/7 and money left my bank on 18/7. in the bank rec area the 1950.27 on 18/7 is showing as unreconciled but there is a jo...

Thanks for reaching out. 

 

Sorry to hear about your difficulties matching this transaction to the bank. I would suggest manually matching the super transaction to the bank transaction, go to bank transactions > choose the transaction > drop-down arrow next to allocate me > match transactions > filter to all transactions and search > tick the radio box of the transaction.

Hi Genreve,

 

thank you so much for your help. However even i chose all transactions, the there is only one transaction there which is not the super payment one.
