Can't access two employee card files

I cant access two of my employee cards. When I try to open them I keep getting a message saying something's gone wrong and AccountRight needs to close.

 

This has happened multiple times in the past.

 

The last 4 digits of our serial number is 2654.

Company File ID is 2.
