Thank you for reaching out. You can double check that a category hasn't been missed by going to Payroll > Pay Items > Then check the ATO reporting category column for any categories that are still showing as To be assigned.
If you still are unable to record the reversal after checking the above, could you reply with a screenshot of the error message?
