Change from weekly pays to fortnightly

    I worked it out! When I select process pays, it defaults to employees that are paid weekly, I needed to choose Fortnightly.

Hi mrskatecorby,

This is quite unusual. When you change an employee’s pay frequency in the card file (e.g., from weekly to fortnightly), it is logical to expect that employees should immediately appear in pay runs for the new frequency. Could you please check if there is no termination date set on the card file for the employees? If the issue remains the same, make sure to reach out to our support team directly.
