Clearing House Error Code 4030 Fund not found

Clearing House Error:
Error Code: 4030, Error Message: Fund 65127917725001 not found

 

I have been sent an error message that the Super payment rejected because of the error message above. I searched the fund in https://superfundlookup.gov.au/. The fund exist and there is no restriction. 

 

Why has MYOB flagged this as an error?

    I am still waiting on the funds to be returned to reverse and resubmit as I am not sure it is just one fund that the batch failed to pay to or the entire batch.

    Hi everyone, 

     

    Just a quick update, I went back and had another look and found a workaround in one of the cases.

    After the original Pay Super payment was rejected and refunded, this is what worked:

    1. Set up a new super fund in MYOB using the same ABN and USI from SuperFundLookup.
    2. Switched the employee over to that new fund in their card/employee record.
    3. Reprocessed the super to the new fund.

    After that, the super payment should go through without any issues.

    That's definitely the first step to take, checking the fund on Superfundlookup. If it’s showing as active and compliant, it’s probably not a setup issue in your file.

     

    The Error Code: 4030, Error Message: Fund 65127917725001 not found, is usually a clearing house/fund data problem. I’ve checked, and I saw multiple businesses get the same error with that fund recently, which suggests something on the Pay Super / SuperChoice or fund side, not something you’ve done wrong.

    What typically happens is the payment gets rejected and refunded to your bank, then you just re‑process the super once it’s sorted.
