Colonial First State first Choice Superfund not available

Hello,

 

I have an employee that has a Colonial First State First Choice Superfund ABN 26458298557 and USI FSF0361AU.  It does not appear on my list of superfunds to link to her account.  There are a couple of other Colonial First State Superfunds but the USI is different (albeit the ABN is the same).  Her member number starts 001 and has 15 digits.  Can any one please help?  What can I do if the fund is not listed?

    Don't worry.  Member number needs a 065 code and it works.  Thanks

    I found the fund under CSF.  But now when I process it just keeps coming up with "need a valid employee membership number".  Can anyone please help?   Thanks
