Pay Super - Invalid Employee Membership Number - Colonial First

Question

We are getting a message that the employee super member number is incorrect. The employee information has been confirmed by the employee and against ATO records, the ABN and USI have also been confirmed.&nbsp;

If the employee is with one of these listed funds below, their member number must start with the respective prefix. I have come across many cases where the member number provided starts with a "0010" (an extra zero), so, they needed to drop the first '0' so that the prefix reflected correctly as '010' - for example.

Thanks for sharing Sam. Yet the employee writes 0065 &amp; the ato stapled fund shows 0065 - so of course MYOB is 065.
