I understand that you may be looking for other options to combine employee cards to eliminate errors however, an employee card was designed for an individual employee with their personal details.
For that reason, I would suggest posting these functions that you would like to see implemented into the system on our AccountRight Idea Exchange board.

This is not the solution - it does not work for Employees

Thanks for the update.
We can only have 1 card for each employee. As of now, we don't have that feature in AccountRight to combine employee cards. I do recommend posting this function that you would like to see implemented into the system on our AccountRight Idea Exchange board. Your ideas and feedback are greatly appreciated.
