I have also been on hold for the last 60 minutes so thinking I could be there all day. I have been a MYOB user for 25 years but int he past 12 month it has been so user unfriendly I am considering changing to another system. This has been made more difficult by compliance issues etc and setting up payday super in a timely manner. We did a verification process about 4 weeks ago then last night could not send out ny invoices as we are required to verify the business again supposedly. As a small family business spending so much time trying to get MYOB to function as it should is not sustainable. Anyone successfully gone through this process by following the instructions by MYOB please let me know.
