I'm also having a very frustrating time. I have tried to get in contact with MYOB for about 7 days now - via live chat, phone, support session booking, Accountright Priority number etc. etc. every time I cannot get through and an automated voice just tells me to ring back again.... I can't access my offline files, I can't convert them to online. What can I do?
I have a subscription for an online file already, have purchased another to upload one of my offline files to but keep getting errors. I just want to talk to someone who can help me. Really considering taking all my files elsewhere at this rate. Very unhappy with the customer support.
