Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I’ve checked the case numbers linked to your account and those 4 cases do have different issues.
From what I can see, one of the older subscription cases was closed after it had been moved into a resolved state, but because you replied straight away after that, the issue has still continued through the active case and callback trail.
So while that earlier case shows as closed, this doesn’t look like the end of the matter. There is still an open path for the support team to continue working with you, either by replying through the case or by calling you back.
I understand why this has been frustrating, especially given how much time you’ve already spent trying to get a clear outcome.
