Thank you for providing the additional information. From what you’ve described, the 58 staff you see on the pay run is most likely coming from duplicate or historical records in that specific pay run rather than extra employees being paid. Reversing then reprocessing the pay will usually fix this issue, please see this help page fore more information about: Fixing a pay
