Email payslips using new Microsoft Outlook

Hi, We are experiencing an issue with the new outlook where the payslip email traffic is not recognised or sent. when we switch back to old outlook the emails are there and go out. Problem is old outlook has started to become unreliable. Would be good if this could be remedied. Will be emailing individual payslips until then.
