1. One - email and employee both name of employee and his email address is correctly showing
2. Two - email address is connected to the wrong empolyee
3. and one employee not showing at all but his email is attached to no.2
Have check the employee cards all correct.

Would you mind indicating what email method you are using i.e. Outlook or the Online emailing system to send out those emails?
If you are using Outlook, does the email appear correctly in the Outbox/Sent Emails folder?
In addition to that, would you mind confirming what version of AccountRight you using - Help>>About AccountRight.
