Employee Card File Error

This is a continuous problem that becomes pretty annoying, I need to update pay rates for multiple employees but multiple Employee Cards i cant access because as soon as i click on them this error comes up

Unknown (0)

 

 

Message:

(Unknown): ShowUIView(CardDetail,...,...)

 

I have asked for this to be fixed multiple times, is there something i can do to fix so i dont' have to get my company file fixed everytime?

    Thanks for your patience while we sorted this out. I’ve run a script over the file on our end, and that should fix the employee card issue for you. Please give it another try when you can. If it’s still happening, or if it comes back again in future, please reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via My Account so we can take another look for you.
