Employee surname changed

Hi Expert   one of our employee changed her surname, should i create a new card for her or just amend the existing card with the new Surname?   Will that be a issue for the group certificate at t...

Hi MaggieL,

Thank you for your post, and welcome to the Community Forum! Once you have updated the employee's name, you can send an update event to notify the ATO, and it should not cause any issues. For more information, please refer to this help article: Updating an employee's details
