Entitlement

It appears that all entitlements have been wiped after the first pay run in the new Financial Year, does anyone else have this issue?   MYOB why are there so many issues with your program that cost...

    Hi afile,

     

    It’s a bit of a bother when entitlements go missing after the first pay run of the new financial year. We know it can be frustrating when issues stack up. The good news is that this can be fixed with a quick script run on your file. To get that sorted, you can reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, and they'll help you get those entitlement back where they should be.
