Can anyone assist me with entitlements?
I have an issue where I am trying to update all part time and fulltime staff opening balances.
The Balance Adjustment for Cultural Leave is 70 hours, but when I click on it it doesnt allow me to enter the 70hours. any solutions would be appreciated. Am I doing anything wrong?

It could possibly be the email that you are using to log in doesn't have the right user access to be able to adjust the leave for employees. I would check to see what level of access your email log in has and if it has access.
If it does have access, please close AccountRight and do the following:
Once you've done that, go to MYOB > AccountRight > 20XX.X OR Current (Depends on the version you're using) > Cache, and delete the contents of this folder.
After you have done the above, go to Card File command centre > Cards List, open an employee card > Payroll Details tab > Entitlements. Enter the opening balances (in hours) in the Balance Adjustment column.
