I have entered all of my data into the EOFY finalisation for STP Reporting, selected the employees and when I select "Finalise and notify the ATO" it is giving me an error message "Something went wrong. Plese try again or refresh the browser". I have refreshed the browser and tried again and the same message is coming up - has anyone else had this problem?

If refreshing your browser didn't do the trick, you can try clearing your browser cache or switching to a different browser. Sometimes that helps shake loose any gremlins causing trouble. Additionally, it might be worth asking other users of the file to log in and give finalising STP a shot—they might have better luck. Lastly, if you've entered an RFBA amount, double-check that it meets the minimum threshold amount set by the ATO. You can check this link for more information.
