EOFY Finalisation

Hi Support, 

 

Payroll activity report and payroll register report are matching up perfectly but STP reports are not matching up via EOFY Finalisation tab. 

 

When I try to submit updated events to the ATO, below is the error I get. 

 

How can I fix this problem of submitting updated info to the ATO and also, upon submitting if the info is not matching, where could be the problem?

    Thank you for the post. We've made some adjustments to your file on our end. Could you please reprocess it and let me know if it resolves the issue?

      Hi Sai, 

       

      The problem still persists and we can't send updated events to the ATO yet. 

       

      Can you please have a look at it again? It's kind of now become urgent.
